Little miss Charlie thought it would be fun to make her entrance a little early. Five weeks to be exact. Ashley text us all that morning to let us know she thought her water had broke and was on her way to the Dr. to check. After a couple of hours she was being admitted to the hospital expecting Charlie's arrival. I had to work that night so I was thinking I might miss her. The Dr was saying around 2am so I hurried out of work at 9 and headed to Ft. Worth. It wasnt until 3:00 that morning that she had probably the easiest delivery ever. I was happy for her though. That was the last thing she would've needed with an early baby. After Ashley and Jay spent a few minutes with her, Mom came out to get us so we could go meet her and congratulate the new parents. She was 6 lbs 5 weeks early. Can you imagine if she wouldve been full term? She was beautiful and soo alert already. We visited for about 20 minutes and everyone headed home. It was a long day and night for Ashley, Jay and Charlie. We are soo happy to have another baby in the family. We are even happier that she is healthy. Congratulations Ashley and Jay. Yal will be great parents to that sweet baby.
