Our friends Avery and Alivia came over Christmas eve morning to have breakfast with us and do some baking. We had homemade waffles, eggs, and sausage. Afterwards, we got to do some baking. We made sugar cookies, white chocolate macadamia nut, and chocolate chip cookies. Then we baked a bunch of cupcakes. I am very ocd about things not being done perfectly, so letting Talan and alivia decorate was wearing me out. There were sprinkles everywhere. Avery and I frosted and they decorated. It wasn't SO bad. They had fun and it was just a quick cleanup I kept telling myself. We split them and took our share to Grammy and Papas house that night for dinner. Hopefully this can become a yearly tradition.
