Halloween 2012

For Halloween Talan wanted to be a skeleton again. I made Kendall a ghost face shirt to wear with a tutu. I don't like spending money on costumes. They ate usually made so cheaply and you get one use out of them. We headed out around 6:30 with some of our neighbors. Talan was excited and ready to go. It took Kendall a couple of houses, but she got the hand of it quickly. She would grab her bucket from me, walk up to the door, put out her bucket and turn and walk away. At a couple of houses she dumped her whole bucket out on the porch and fell to the ground crying. It was hilarious but embarrassing at the same time. We were gone for about an hour and a half. While we were gone, Randy stayed at the house to hand out candy and scare the kids. He dressed up as a skeleton again and stood on the front porch with a chain saw. The neighbors get a kick out of it, as do most of the parents. Next year I will video tape.
