Fun with friends

Avery and I always like to meet up at Chuck E Cheese.  We can feed the kids, let them run around and still manage to have some adult conversation.  The kids always have fun and today was not very busy.

Happy 1st birthday Charlie

I can't believe how quickly a year goes by.  We celebrated Charlie turning 1 today! The party was perfect as were the decorations and company.  Charlie did so well with all the commotion.  It was nice to have the family together to celebrate this awesome day. Happy Birthday pretty girl.  We are so happy we could be there to celebrate with you! 

Sharghi Christmas 2013

Once we got done with breakfast, we got ready and headed to Mom and Dad's.  I was so happy that almost everyone was going to be together this year.  We sure do miss when Aaron, Jeanne, Amira and Audrey can't be with us for the holidays.  Once we got everyone settled and all of the presents passed out, the kids went to town.  It was a little chaotic, and I had a hard time keeping up with who got what for who.  All I can say at this point is THANK YOU to everyone.  Once the kids got done opening their gifts, we moved on to the adults secret santa gift exchange.  We have been doing this for a few years now and I think it works out really well for our family.  When we got done opening gifts, Talan and Randy went outside to practice riding Talan's new bike without training wheels.  He did so well!  I think Randy said it took him just a couple of times and he was off and going by himself.

We had a yummy dinner later that afternoon.  We also had yummy dessert.
