Great Wolf Lodge and Happy 2nd birthday Parker

We went to Great Wolf Lodge on December 14. We were staying the night on Friday and meeting everyone on Saturday for Parker's party. We checked in and went to the waterpark. Randy and I took turns with Kendall in the kiddie park and went with Talan to ride the big slides. We had a lot of fun and the kids really enjoyed themselves. We left and went to dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. It was good, a little overpriced, but good. We were going to go to the storytime that they have everynight, but we got stuck in the arcade and never made it. Oops. We got back to the room around 10. You can see from one of the pictures how HUGE our bed was.......not.  We had gotten the room with a little room inside with bunkbeds and its own tv. Talan loved it. I was hoping Kendall would sleep in one of the beds, but that lasted til 130. After rolling around for 20 minutes I got up and went to the bunk bed and left Kendall with Randy.
We woke up on Saturday and went to have breakfast at the Buffett. As soon as we were done, everyone began showing up. We went to Parker's birthday party at noon. We had pizza and salad and cake. After we ate, Parker opened his presents. He got lots of cool gifts from everyone. He sure is one loved little boy. After the party, we went back to the waterpark for some fun with everyone. Happy birthday sweet boy. I'm so glad we could spend it with you.

Christmas eve with Grammy and Papa

We spent Christmas eve with Debbie and Paul and the Skinners. We got over to their house about 3 to do presents before the rest of the family arrived. Talan and Kendall were spoiled with lots of goodies. Talan got some awesome books to help start learning to rea and a new Texas Rangers bed spread and sheet set. Kendall got a bunch of really cute new clothes and a new pair of shoes. I got a new coach wallet and a key holder. Randy got a new under armour shirt. We got a new knife set too. Thank you for all of our gifts. We love them all. Everyone else came over about 5. After we ate, we played a game called sequence. Its very cool and super competitive. I had to order us one for the house. We left about 930 to head home and get everything set up for Christmas morning. Talan and I put out Oreos and milk for Santa. Talan even wrote him a note. Once the kids fell asleep, Randy and I got out all of Santa's presents.  I can't wait to see the kids faces in the morning.
